Attention California Residents:
The state of California has just
instituted a new gun control measure
aimed at firearms imported into the
state. This new law requires dealers
sending a gun to California to obtain
written permission for each and every
gun before it can be shipped. Your
dealer will now have to send us their
Federal Firearms License (FFL), plus a
copy of the California Firearms Dealers
License & California Centralized List
Number (CL#). We then have to apply to
the state for permission to send the gun
to your dealer. If you find the hassle
of this program as absurd as we do,
please complain loudly to both your
state legislators and the attorney
general’s office for inflecting yet
another useless gun control scheme on
the people of California.
CURIO
& RELIC FIREARMS
Do you
accept Curio & Relic Licenses?
- Yes, on
qualified guns we do. If a gun is C&R
eligible, it will be listed as so in the
auction. If it is not specifically
listed as C&R Eligible, we cannot accept
a C&R and will only ship to a regular
FFL dealer. In order to ship to a Curio
& Relic license holder, we require an
ink signed original copy of the license
AND a copy of your drivers license be mailed
to us. Without both the C&R and
Drivers License, we cannot ship. We
cannot accept a fax of a C&R License.
Both the C&R and Driver's license
information must match the auction
system winning bidder information. The
package will be sent Adult Signature
Required, please make sure someone 21 or
older will be there to sign for it.
We
cannot ship C&R Handguns directly to
residents of to CA, CT, DC, MA, MD, NJ,
& NY; they MUST ship to a regular FFL
Dealer. We cannot ship C&R Rifles to
residents of DC, MA, & NJ; they MUST
ship to a regular FFL Dealer.
Illinois customers MUST provide Firearms
Owners ID card for all C&R firearms.

pricing information, pricing or typographical
errors may occur. In the event that an item is
listed at an incorrect price due to an error in

its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any

Are you an FFL
dealer?
Yes, we are an FFL (Federal Firearms License)
dealer.
Can I pick up
my purchase in the store?
Usually yes. Tennessee residents are welcome to
pick up handguns in the store, during normal
business hours, with proper ID and Permit. TN
residents and residents of most other states are
welcome to pick up rifles and shotguns in store
during normal business hours with proper ID and
background check. Some states (such as CA & NJ)
cannot purchase any gun out of state. Check your
local & state laws. Most items shown are in
stock. Occasionally some may be on back order,
so please verify before coming in to pick it
up. Please call or email us to confirm the
availability of your purchase for pickup.
Please note in the comments section of the
checkout screen that you plan to pick up your
purchase in the store. We will process your
payment and your item will be waiting for you in
our layaway section. Any salesman in the store
will be glad to assist you when you come in to
pick your purchase.
Where are you
located?
Our retail store is located at 1660 Brown
Shop Road, Petersburg, TN 37144. You can reach

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales Tax of 9.25% is required only if any one
or more of the following are applicable...a) the
item is picked up in the store; b) the buyer is
an Tennessee resident; or c) the item is shipped
to an address in TN.
What methods
of payment do you accept?
For online purchases thru this website, we
accept Cash, Money Order, Certified Check, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and Discover, and Visa, Master Card, Discover.
We also can process credit cards over the phone.
We can accept mailed in payments (checks & money
orders) as well. Please make sure your payment
includes the order number, your name and daytime
telephone number.
How are items
shipped?
All Handguns ship UPS Next Day Air Saver only to
your local FFL.
Long Guns are sent UPS Ground to your local FFL.
All Black Powder Guns and Ammunition are sent
UPS Ground only.
We can ship any firearm via USPS Mail but the
firearm will have to be partially disassembled.
Airguns are sent either UPS Ground or USPS
Priority Mail.
Other items offer a variety of shipping methods.
Do you export
or ship overseas?
We cannot export any firearm or firearm parts
overseas. Most non-firearm accessories can be
shipped worldwide. The maximum weight of any
item shipped overseas is 4 pounds including the
packaging. Please email us before ordering to
confirm your item can ship overseas.
Do you accept
trades?
We cannot accept any items listed online, but
our retail location does accept trades from
walk-in customers.
Do you have a
specific item (gun, hat, bag, etc.) in stock?
The majority of items we have listed for sale on
this website are in stock. We are a Retail
store as well as an Internet retailer, so
anything listed here is also for sale in the
store. There is a small chance that an item may
be out of stock at the time of the order, but we
will immediately order a replacement and ship it
to you as soon as possible. Please feel free to
email us to verify the availability prior to
purchase.
Do you have a
specific gun in stock that is not listed on this
site?
We have many firearms in stock, many of which
are listed on this website. If you do not see
what you are looking for, please Contact Us via
email and let us know so we can check for you.
Our complete inventory is not listed on a
computer so allow time for us to check and get
back to you.
NEW GUNS
Is there a
warranty?
New guns have a warranty provided by the
manufacturer. And we also have a special
Lifetime Warranty on some firearms.
What is the
Return Policy on New Guns?
We cannot accept any returns on new guns.
MODERN
FIREARMS
Do you require
a FFL to ship a gun?
Any modern cartridge firearm (made after 1898)
must ship to a FFL dealer. Before we can ship
we require payment and a signed copy of your
local dealers FFL.
There are three options for this:
- You or your dealer can mail us a ink
signed copy to the address below.
- We can accept a scanned and emailed copy
(A scanned and emailed FFL works best!!).
- We can accept a faxed copy of a signed
FFL from your dealer.
Whether scanned, faxed or mailed; the FFL must
be clearly legible and include your name, the
invoice number, and item information. If it is
not clearly legible, we cannot ship. If we
receive a license with no information on who it
is for, we will not be able to match it to your
item and ship. Poor license copies and lack of
information as to what item they are for and the
main causes of shipping delays. We will only
ship firearms to FFL dealers in the 50 United
States. Special note for California: In
addition to your dealer's FFL, we require a copy
of their CA state gun dealers license and their
Centralized List number.
We will provide the receiving dealer with a copy
of our FFL shipped with the gun.
MODERN
BLACK POWDER FIREARMS
Can you ship a
Modern Black Powder gun directly to me?
In most cases, yes. We require a copy of your
valid driver's license or state ID showing your
age and current address. We will only ship to
the address on the license. This may either be
mailed to us with payment, legibly faxed to
931-293-2307 or scanned and emailed to us.
(Scans work best!). The package will be sent
Adult Signature Required, please make sure
someone 18 or older will be there to sign for
it.
Modern Black Powder (Percussion, Flintlock, Cap
& Ball or 209 Primer) firearms can be shipped
directly to most locations. Black Powder guns
shipped to IL, MD, MI or NJ must ship to a
regular FFL dealer. We cannot ship Black Powder
guns to he cities of: New York (& Surrounding
Area), Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco or
Los Angeles. We will only ship Black Powder
guns to addresses in the 50 United States.
AIRGUNS
Can you ship a
Airgun directly to me?
In order to ship an Airgun to you, we require a
copy of your valid driver's license or state ID
showing your age and current address. We will
only ship to the address on the license. This
may either be mailed to us with payment, legibly
faxed to 931-293-2307 or scanned and emailed to
us. (Scans work best!). The package will be sent
Adult Signature Required, please make sure
someone 18 or older will be there to sign for
it. We cannot ship Airguns to the cities of:
New York (& Surrounding Area), Washington DC,
Chicago, San Francisco or Los Angeles.
PARTS,
ACCESSORIES, CLOTHING & OTHER ITEMS
Can you ship
parts, clothing, accessories, etc... directly to
me?
We can ship almost all parts & accessories
directly to any USA customers. The most notable
exception be high capacity magazines to
prohibited states & cities.
For Rifle parts & Magazines, you must be at
least 18 and we require a copy of your driver's
license or state ID showing your age and current
address.
For Pistol parts & Magazines, you must be at
least 21 and we require a copy of your driver's
license or state ID showing your age and current
address.
High Capacity Magazines: Any magazine with a
capacity more than 10 rounds cannot ship to
California, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts,
Maryland, New Jersey, New York or to any foreign
country.
We can ship all clothing & hats worldwide.
Legal Notice:
It is SOLELY the BUYERS responsibility to verify
the legality of any item in their jurisdiction.
Buyer is also responsible for any and all costs
associated with this item (shipping, etc.) and a
restocking fee will be assessed if the item is
returned or not shipped for any reason. As an
example, any handgun shipped to a dealer in
California MUST be on the state approved list
website or your dealer must provide a letter
certifying the gun is legal to ship to CA and
legal for you to own. By purchasing, you are
certifying that you have personally verified the
item is 100% legal to own in your jurisdiction.
The photos
shown in each item detail are stock photos from
the manufacturer and for illustration only. They
are not photos of the exact actual item we will
be sending and there may be slight variations in
the look of each item shipped. For example, the
